Living in strata brings various people with a diverse interests and backgrounds and brings them very close together. So disagreements and disputes may sometimes arise. If disagreements do arise it may be a good idea to talk to the person involved as people are often unaware of the problem and are willing to rectify it.

If however this does not work it is important to know that there are people and processes that can help you solve the problem.

If you are experiencing problems within the Owner’s Corporation with possible abuse’s of power or various other internal issues we can help. We can negotiate on your behalf with the other members of the Owner’s Corporation to try and resolve the matter and off course we can initiate legal proceedings on your behalf.

If you are an owner within a Strata scheme and you believe the Owners Corporation is abusing it power and its by-laws to your detriment our experienced team can help you resolve the matter. The matter can be resolved through many avenues such as mediation, appearances at the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT) and litigation and of which we can help you with.

If you are the Owner’s Corporation and you believe that an owner/occupier has breached a by-law we can help you issue a notice requiring that person to comply with the by-law. If the person does not comply with this notice we can help you have your matter be heard at the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT). If you are unhappy with the decision of the CTTT we can help you appeal this decision.
