If you are experiencing problems within the Owner's Corporation with possible abuse's of power or various other internal issues we can help. We can negotiate on your behalf with the other members of the Owner's Corporation to try and resolve the matter and off course we can initiate legal proceedings on your behalf.

If you are an owner within a Strata scheme and you believe the Owners Corporation is abusing it power and its by-laws to your detriment our experienced team can help you resolve the matter. If you are the Owner's Corporation and you believe that an owner/occupier has breached a by-law we can help you issue a notice requiring that person to comply with the by-law. If the person does not comply with this notice we can help you have your matter be heard at the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT). If you are unhappy with the decision of the CTTT we can help you appeal this decision.
